Ski or Board Edge Repair

Price is per damaged area and includes a Bronze Service.

This service is for us to remove a damaged piece of your ski or snowboard edge which is too heavily damaged for repair using just adhesive.

The damaged area is cut to clean edges and removed to full base depth. A new piece of edge material is shaped to exactly replace the material removed and is epoxied in place to form a permanent repair. If needed the area has a base patch inserted to ensure the base integrity.

The repaired edge is then dressed to match the standard edge angles. The ski's or the board are then put through a Bronze Service so they are waxed and ready to ski.

Repairs like these require a minimum of 7 days in our workshop to ensure adhesive curing and finishing.

SNOWBOARD BINDINGS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED PRIOR TO THE BOARD BEING BOOKED IN FOR SERVICE

Normally all workshop service options are a 7 day turnaround unless otherwise stated.
