Refund policy

Rivington Alpine operate a 28 day return policy for all items except skis's that have had bindings mounted and ski boots that have signs of external use. You can return your item any time up to 28 days from the purchase date for any reason for a full refund. Returns for reasons other than those set out below will be at the purchasers cost in terms of shipping.

 

Please ensure you package the item properly. Ensure the item has a covering, i.e. return in the outer packaging we sent it to you in or similar. Do not just send the item back in its manufacturers packaging, if the manufacturers packaging is damaged we may refuse refund or reduce your refund. If in doubt give us a call.

We recommend a tracked method of shipping because we will not be held liable to refund any order or part of an order until that item can be proved to have been received by us. The item must be returned unused in undamaged original packaging with the manufacturers tags still attached or no refund will be given or correspondence entered into.

If the return is for manufacturers faulty goods or we have made an error in supply then please contact us on 01257 483 999 or sales@rivingtonalpine.co.uk to discuss this and obtain a returns number and shipping information because, of course, we will pay for the shipping of any return that is a result or faulty goods or an error in supply.
