Shipping policy

Domestic UK orders

All products are free shipping unless otherwise stated to UK Mainland postcodes. All UK Highlands and Islands postcodes have a shipping supplement of £6 for softgoods, luggage, ski boots and £12 for Skis. All shipping is via 48 hr courier delivery using a variety of providers. We do try to use DPD if at all possible as we have found them to be the most reliable. BFPO shipping rates are the same as the above. We have a 2pm cut off for orders received for same day shipping, orders received after 2pm will be sent the following day. Please note our normal 48 hr free shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.

 

International Orders

We will only ship internationally if the individual product is configured to do so. Most international shipping is cost  prohibitive and we do try and support our domestic market first and foremost. If you would like an individual quote for shipping of an item to an international address outside the UK then please email sales@rivingtonalpine.co.uk and we will be happy to quote individually.

VAT Free international sales

Please note that we require proof that the sale should be VAT exempt or VAT will be applied at the current UK rate for all sales that have a VAT free request. Please email sales@rivingtonalpine.co.uk to discuss your requirements.

 

WINTER 22/23 POSTAL STRIKES
